All and my business entered into by Amagrin Ltd T/A Cavan Agri Machinery (hereinafter called the "seller ") with any other party (hereinafter called the Purchaser) is transacted subject to the conditions hereinafter set out.

Our credit terms are nett monthly. Goods invoiced in any month are due for payment at the end of the following month. For example: Invoices dated in September are due for payment at the end of October.

Title

The ownership of goods supplied under a contract of sale are to remain with the seller until al sums due by the purchaser to the seller are discharged. The Purchaser will be entitled to sell on such goods to their customer but if they do so prior to the discharge of all sums due to the seller, they will do so as the seller's agent and will hold the proceeds of sale in trust for the seller. The purchaser will keep the seller's goods separately so that they are identifiable. The risk in the goods will pass to the Purchaser upon delivery not withstanding the fact that title will remain vested with the seller.

Price

All goods are sold at prices ruling at the date of dispatch.

Claims

Claims for shortages or damaged goods must be notified in writing within 7 days of receipt.

Returns

Goods supplied as ordered cannot be returned without prior agreement. 25% restocking charge applies to all authorised returns !
